Shipping and Delivery

What are Gymmet’s shipping options and fees?

As our gift to you, we offer FREE standard shipping within Canada on purchases of $150 or more (excluding taxes).

For purchases under $150 and International orders, shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on your selected province or country.

Where does gymmet ship?

We will ship to any Canadian, US or other countries that are listed on the drop down, found at checkout.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, hotels, freight forwarders, or countries not found listed on the drop down at check out.

Do you need my autograph (signature) on delivery?

Yes, we would love your autograph! We want to be certain your parcel got to you safely, so we do ask for a signature on delivery.

What is the order processing time?

Standard & Express Shipping:
Orders placed by 2pm PST Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.
All orders placed after 2pm PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Overnight Shipping:
Orders placed by 12pm PST Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.
All orders placed after 12pm PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. Be sure to get in early during sale and holiday periods! We’re very busy around then, so allow a little extra processing time.

Can I ship to multiple address?

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive email confirmation once you’ve made a purchase, and then a tracking number once it has shipped. Just click the link to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site, so check back later if it doesn’t show up right away.

If my parcel arrives damaged, should I refuse the shipment?

We do our absolute best to ensure your items arrive in mint condition.

However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact Gymmet customer service right away. You can email us at [email protected] or call 1-604-362-7315 during office hours (Mon-Fri: 10am - 4pm, PST).

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Can I redirect an order?

No, sorry! We can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. So please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’d hate for you to miss out on the pleasure of receiving your Gymmet parcel.

Returns and Exchange

What Is Your Return Policy?

We are sure you will adore your Gymmet garments, however in case you need to return your items, our policy is as follows:

  • All merchandise returned for store credit or refund must be in perfect saleable condition.
  • Tags (including the security tag) must be attached and items cannot be altered, washed, worn, or damaged.

  • Original receipt must be included in the return parcel.
  • All undergarments are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.

Store Credit

Items can be returned for a store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date.

Full Refund

Items may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items can be returned for store credit within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, Gymmet cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item for a refund using the return instructions provided in your shipment. A new order can then be placed on Gymmet.ca for the exchanged item.

How may days do I have to return a sale item?

Sale and discounted items can be returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of the shipping date. To Return items for a Merchandise Credit, please contact Customer Care at 1 604 362 7315 or [email protected] .

Merchandise must not be altered, washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All undergarments are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.

How do I return an item?

1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return, ideally into the original parcel provided. All products must be unused, unwashed and have all tags attached (including the security tag) and returned in original packaging.

2. Fill out the return form on the bottom of the delivery note, cut it off and include it in the package. This form helps us to process your refund or store credit faster.

3. Email [email protected] to request a return label. Be sure to include your order number.The return shipping charge will be deducted from the amount that you initially paid.

4. Hand the parcel to a courier at a Canada Post location near you and hold onto the receipt.Track your parcel at canadapost.ca by entering the tracking number located on the receipt.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return parcel. We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your account has been credited.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Shipping charges from the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Are delivery charges refundable?

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

How do I exchange an item?

Gymmet cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. In order to exchange an item, return the original item for a refund using the return instructions provided in your shipment. A new order can then be placed on Gymmet.ca for the exchange item.

Return refund processing

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via Gymmet.ca with shipping and returns fees deducted.

All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

What website security measures does Gymmet have in place?

We want you to feel completely comfortable whenever you’re shopping on our site.

To help make your experience safe, simple and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the internet. When SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. Click the padlock to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You'll also notice that the location (URL) field at the top of the browser will begin with 'https:' instead of the normal ‘http:’.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can shop for this season’s must-haves with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

When will my credit card be charged?

The transaction will be charged to your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as: GYMMET.CA.

You agree to pay the price applicable for the merchandise in your order as of the time you submitted your order ("Merchandise Price"), the delivery fees for the shipping service you select ("Shipping Fees"), and any applicable taxes. Gymmet will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such amounts and you hereby authorize us to do so.

Please note: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verification of information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped. If we cancel all or a part of your order, we will either issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion, or if the payment has not yet been processed, we will not charge your credit card for the cancelled portion of the order.

Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Gymmet charges applicable provincial, federal, and harmonized taxes on online transactions. Your on-screen total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Product Care

How do I care for my Gymmet garments?

To keep your Gymmet garments in optimal condition (and you looking your best during workouts!), check the care and content label for specific care instructions. Instructions vary between brands and individual styles, so always refer to the label first.

To help protect the life of LYCRA and the shape of your garments, most items can be machine washed in cold water and air dried (no, we are not referring to the setting on your dryer – even that can be harsh on LYCRA fibers).

Other tips for keeping your garments looking fabulous:

1. Turn your garments inside out (to help prevent coloured fibers from rubbing and fading) and wash with other synthetic fabrics. Avoid washing them with anything abrasive, such as denim or garments with VELCRO or zippers. These can be harmful, especially in a repetitive motion like in a washer or dryer.

2. Wash your hoodies and towels separately. Cotton (especially from towels) can fluff and attach itself to your garments.

3. Avoid using fabric softener because it coats the technical fabric and inhibits its wicking capabilities.

How do I wash and dry my bright colored garments?

Keep your bright coloured garments looking as vibrant as possible by following the care instructions on the label.

In most cases you can turn your garments inside out, cold machine wash and air dry them away from direct sunlight. A colour protecting laundry detergent may also help. Wash your items with similar colours, and keep them away from other fabrics when wet. Fading over time is inevitable; however the proper care will keep them looking good on you even longer.

I used fabric softener on my garment. Is it ruined?

No – it can be fixed! Fabric softener clogs the pores of technical fabrics, so the fabric may not work as well to wick away sweat. Just wash your items again without the fabric softener and they should return to their normal wicking level as the softener is washed away.

How do I wash my headband?

Headbands can be washed like our other technical garments. You can even pop them into a delicates bag so they don't get caught on anything. Wash in cold water and lay flat to dry (this helps keep their shape).

Do I need to take the cups out of my sports bra to wash it?

Removing cups when washing sports bras helps them keep their shape. To wash the cups, remove them from the garment, hand-wash them in cool or warm water, and lay them flat to dry.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

As our gift to you, we offer FREE standard shipping within Canada on purchases of $150 or more (excluding taxes) and FREE standard shipping on international orders over $500, excluding taxes and duties.

Orders may take from 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order is processed and shipped,you will receive an email notification and you can track your order in your GYMMET account. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your Canadian or USA order. International order take 5 to 12 business days. Orders will Orders will be sent by Canada Post. If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday. For more remote locations, additional delivery time may be needed.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

(Delivery Duty Unpaid) USA and International orders, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Gymmet does not deliver to PO. boxes.

PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of products, Gymmet.ca.

Gymmet reserves the right to change the Agreement without prior written notice at any time, at Gymmet sole discretion.

By using the Website to make online purchases of products, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and you represent that you are of legal age to enter into the Agreement and become bound by its terms. The Agreement contains important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

Except as expressly provided for in the Agreement, Gymmet does not make or give any representation or warranty with respect to the Products you may purchase from the Website and Gymmet liability is limited.
