As our gift to you, we offer FREE standard shipping within Canada on purchases of $150 or more (excluding taxes) and FREE standard shipping on international orders over $500, excluding taxes and duties.

Orders may take from 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order is processed and shipped,you will receive an email notification and you can track your order in your GYMMET account. All delivery standards begin when you receive this email.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your Canadian or USA order. International order take 5 to 12 business days. Orders will Orders will be sent by Canada Post. If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday. For more remote locations, additional delivery time may be needed.

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.

(Delivery Duty Unpaid) USA and International orders, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Gymmet does not deliver to PO. boxes.

Payments are accepted via credit card or PayPal with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured. Gymmet is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

Merchandise may not be exchanged, but can be returned for a store credit within one (1) month of the original purchase date, if security tag is left on and items are unworn and in original condition, or may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Please note that all items have been inspected for faults prior to shipping and Gymmet.ca will not ship out any items that are of poor quality.

Merchandise must not be altered, washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

All undergarments are final sale. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted on these items.
